Customers may contact GlobalNest Logistics LLC within 7 days of delivery for return or refund assistance.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers may be asked to provide photos of damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds are reviewed based on product condition, supplier policy, and order details. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
